Rules are NOT meant to be broken for Ah Bee
I've been sticking to a straight and organised lifestyle and .. I am getting great "results" out of the rules I've set for myself too...
Rule #1 ::
Hit the gym at least 6 hours a week. As for Ah Bee, it's purely Latin, Salsa, Street Jam and Hip Hop dances & Body pump @ the studio.
Rule #2 ::
An almost empty freezer & fridge..

More of this. (yeah..the weight watcher's version of baked beans sob..sob..)

Drink (water la...not cocktails!), stay positive and smile :) because I know that it's gonna be a better day tomorrow!
