My best friend will be returning from United Kingdom next month with a degree in pharmacist. She called to inform me that she will be opening a pharmacy around her neighbourhood in Petaling Jaya latest by next year. Well, I might not be able to help her in sourcing for the drug supplies in but I agreed to help her to find home medical equipment around town for her business. After a long discussion over the phone and listening to her interesting business plans, I finally realised that she is not only opening a pharmacy which only focus on selling drugs and supplements but she is opening a mini medical supply mall that sells exercise and fitness machines, blood pressure monitors and she is also looking into selling carpal tunnel computer gloves for the Internet obsessive people like me ha ha! She is such a smart business lady.

VoIP Phone Systems

Lately there was some changes in our organization. A few division was merged and a huge number of staff was offered the voluntary separation skim or what we called as the VSS. As of today, there's only two people left in the office and these two are required to handle most of the job such as attending to the walk in customers, answering phone calls and also performing the daily task. The biggest nightmare we're facing is the inefficiency in attending to the customer's calls. On a busy day, the phone will be ringing non stop and there's no way we can answer all calls at ones. Thank goodness my boss is going to install the VoIP Phone Systems. At least now customers can leave us a message so that we can return their calls. All missed calls will be recorded via the system. That way, we no longer have to disappoint our callers anymore. Good stuff!

I'm very sure this is going to be the best vacation home I'm going to invest. Well..if and only if I've that amount of money!

Remember I shared with my readers that XT and I wanted to set up a home theater system. No more pushing each other at the cinema entrance, no more "Sorry dear, Friday night tickets are fully booked, how about Saturday morning show?". We want OUR OWN! *Roar*

When it comes to the brands, I'll leave the decision to XT. He's a fan of Korean brands so I won't be surprised if he choose samsung 56 inch LCD . At the moment, we're pretty busy doing Internet survey on various shops selling the models he had earlier shortlisted and also the prices. He told me that he will be going to purchase the set personally at the store. Haha.. not like me, I did most of my shopping online lately!
