Weight loss the correct way
I've been experiencing a tremendous weight loss two and a half years ago. Thanks to a balance diet and exercising 5 times a week. I used to believe that I can never be slim again. Friends used to tell me that I've big bone structure and my body consist of stubborn fats. I didn't believe that say say and I started going on a very strict diet and guess what? After a total of six months, people started to see changes in me. My waist starts to get smaller and my pants started to drop after a year. I believe there's no short cut to weight loss, it requires alot of self discipline and hard work!
