Maid required at grandma's place

When it comes to employment, I tell you it can really make my blood boil! You see, my grandpa needs a person to take care of him. He is too old to take his own bath, eat or even walk. Therefore, our family has been trying to employ a maid to help him with his daily chores. Unfortunately, the maids that we brought home were either not very helpful or lazy. Sigh.. We're getting a maid replacement soon, hope this one will be better.
