No more yo yo weight lost

The #1 new year resolution most people will make at the end of the year is to lose weight. When it comes to January, when they're at their most motivated stage, they lost 1-2kgs. Gained back the weight by February and by March, they would've lost their motivation to go on because not only they've regained the weight they've lost in January, they actually gained 4kgs hah!
