Finally, no more traffic jams to the gym

Words cannot explain how happy and content I am. I'll be using the club house facilities at our apartment to cut down on my monthly expenses. With the recent increase in fuel prices, I can save so much on the parking fee at the gym and also the burning of fuel trying to find a parking space especially during peak hours. Paying my maintenance fee allows me to park my car, free usage of the clubhouse facilities and running on the treadmill everyday without having to rush to the gym downtown.
