The reputation of a company..

Most people thought the dressing of the staff in an organization plays an important part in portraying a good reputation to the walk in customers. Some may think placing a well mannered receptionist with a beautiful smile at the receptionist area is good enough.

Both statements above are true but there's one other thing that most of us usually overlooked. It is the reception area. Even before a walk-in client being greeted by the one sitting at the front desk, it's the reception area that he or she sees. Just imagine, will you give a million dollar business to a company with a shabby looking reception area with plastic chairs and reception desks which looks more like a piece of furniture bought from the second hand junk store? Who cares if they claimed to provide the best state of the art service when they can't even welcome their clients properly?!
