wow..pineapple tarts..reminds me of the time when Superhero Mom would stock up the tarts at home just for Superhero S so that she can makan them when she gets back to Malacca.. :p

I used gula melaka in many dishes as sweeteners beside using sugar as I dont use msg at all. My 'ikan singgang' wont be the same without it. Remember I have to use gula melaka for my tamarind fruit pickles.
