Mini burgers with organic vege fried rice

I've some mince meat left after cooking the mee suah soup the other day. So, I made Chinese style mini burgers with organic fried rice.

Here's my agak-agak recipe..

For the burgers

200gm mince/pork/chicken
1 tsp tung choi (preserved Chinese vegetable)
1 tsp soy sauce (or more to taste)
A dash of pepper, salt, sugar, corn flour and sesame oil

Marinate the meat, size them into miniature patties.
Grill them on a nonstick grilling pan until nice and brown.

Fried organic 10 grain rice

1 cup of cooked 10 grain rice (preferably overnight)
100gm organic french beans (cubed)
1 yellow onion (cubed)
1 no. carrot (cubed)
1 egg (beaten)
A dash of extra virgin olive oil

Seasoning
Soy sauce, pepper and salt (to taste)
1 tsp thick soy sauce

A dash of extra virgin olive oil

Heat up the non stick pan, add in a little oil. Add in the carrot, onion and carrots. Stir fry for 2 minutes, add in the egg and rice. Add in the seasoning and thick soy sauce. Stir the rice and all the vegetable until everything's even.

This will serves 2 small tummies or 1 monstrous giant
